STOWMARKET u3a, ANNUAL OUTING, 2013
Wednesday 21st August We spent the morning at King’s College and the Chapel. This is a magnificent building and the interior quite awesome to those of us who hadn’t visited before. It was a glorious day and we enjoyed watching the (very amateur) punters on the river before venturing into to town for a summer lunch. The afternoon was spent in the Cambridge Botanical Garden’s, surely the most exotic in this part of the country. Here’s a video of our exploits on this very enjoyable day out…
